At Kulture Worldwide, we aim to offer a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Below are the details of our shipping and return policies. By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Shipping Information

Processing Time

Once you place your order, we aim to process and ship it within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer several shipping options depending on your location and order size. The shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method you select.

We currently ship to the United States and other select international locations. For international orders, shipping costs may vary and additional customs duties or taxes may apply. The customer is responsible for any customs fees or import taxes once the package reaches its destination country.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (within the U.S.): 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • International: 7-14 business days, depending on the country.

Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or delays by shipping carriers.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s status.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you have any specific shipping requests, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges, subject to the following conditions:

Return Timeframe

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you received your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Items must have the original tags and labels attached.

Please note that personalized or custom items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at returns@kultureworldwide.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Carefully pack the item(s) and send them to the address we provide.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you wish to receive. We cannot guarantee stock availability, so it’s best to act quickly if you need an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at returns@kultureworldwide.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We will arrange for a return and provide you with a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs.

3. Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for returns, provided they meet the same criteria outlined above. However, clearance items may be final sale and non-returnable. This will be specified on the product page.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.
  • Intimate apparel (such as underwear) cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@kultureworldwide.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
